Prints and Frames

Dennis (the Cat) All Art121 canvases are printed onto matt finished gallery quality canvas and stretched onto solid pine stretcher bars before being given a protective coating in either Matt or Gloss. Heavy duty fine art paper is used for what you would know as a Print.

Welcome to ART121.com

The Inkjet Giclee is quickly becoming the new standard in the art industry. An Inkjet Giclee Print is quite simply the closest replication of an original artwork that is currently possible.. Giclee art is produced from digital images or scans of existing artwork. The images are digitally stored in a computer and sent through a designated program for formatting and alignment, (and at Art121 any other bespoke requests), the images are then sent to a special large format high-resolution inkjet printer which uses the latest technology in colourfast ultrachrome inks for a highly profesional and lasting image.

Once the picture has been printed and dried, two layers of protective ultraviolet Matt or Gloss varnish is applied before being mounted onto gallery quality solid pine stretcher bars.
